A disposition
of human remains by cremation, without formal viewing, visitation, or ceremony
with the body present. Through this process,
Brown Funeral Home will pick up the deceased from where they have died and
take them directly to our on site crematory. No ceremony is performed.
The ashes are returned to the next of kin in a container of your choosing.

More and more individuals are considering this as an alternative to a
traditional and sometimes costly funeral. After the completion of a
cremation the remains may be scattered, kept in one's own home or placed into
a cemetery plot.
Should you feel the need to bury the remains
and place a memorial on the grave, Brown Funeral Home has a variety of
urns available for you and your family to choose from
and will help you through the difficult decision process. The family may elect to
have the cremains scattered, either at sea, or in a scatter garden at a
cemetery. The scattering company, cemetery or other chosen service
provider will charge you separately. The Funeral Director at Brown Funeral Home will be able to advise
you of those charges.
